Registration

The Winter School has a regular enrollment fee of €350 per participant. 

• Online-only fee: €150;

• Eligible students from UNIPV doctoral programs: €250

• Students (UNIPV, or any other institution) also enrolled in Module A "Discovering the Unknown": €250; (see Module A website for details)

• Qualifying BIP (Blended Intensive Programs) students - e.g. Iasi, Turku, Stockholm and Magdeburg Universities: FREE OF CHARGE

• LATE- or ON-SITE registration (after Jan 21st): €425

Registrations deadline: January 15th 2024

LATE Registrations: Possible on-site at the school venue (please ask for availability beforehand via email, since last seats are selling out)

NOTE: a registration waiver will be awarded to 3 registered students selected by the school organizers 

Registration process:

1. Fill out the registration form here (no payment needed at this stage)

2. (optionally) upload your CV+a short (200 words max) motivation letter if you wish to apply for the student registration waiver award

3. When registrations close you'll receive, at the email you provided in the form, a link to complete the payment

4. Registrations are final and accepted only if you complete the payment within 10 days from the receipt of the invite to pay (step 3 above)

Registration includes:

• Participation to all the 5-days of the program

• Coffee breaks and light lunches

• Participation to activities and social events listed in the program (e.g. the visit to Pavia biomedical square-mile health institutions)

• Social dinner

Registration does not include:

• Travel

• Accomodation in Pavia (but we can provide suggestions for different budgets upon request. Please reach out to: federico.dagostin@unipv.it)

• Any other item not included in the above "the registration includes"
